A talk about raw food in the diet (Ziva To Go)

My last post was about Ziva to Go in the Santa Catalina district of Palma – a place I finally got around to trying recently, and enjoyed. So I was interested to hear about a talk that Petra Wigermo – raw food chef from Ziva To Go – is giving on Wednesday, May 7th, on Mallorca.

For Health Matters Live, Petra will explain the benefits of eating raw, the impact of your body’s pH levels  on your health, how to prepare nut milks, and include raw food in your diet.

If you fancy going, the workshop is at Mood Beach in Costa d’en Blanes, Wednesday, May 7th from 11:00-12:30h. The cost is just 5 euros (including tea/coffee). The workshop is supported by the Mallorca Cancer Support Group, who will be at the event with information about their activities.

Reserve your place by emailing info@moodbeach.com

This talk has been organized by Health Matters Mallorca. Read more about them (there’s a blog too) on http://healthmattersmallorca.com
