If you live in Mallorca and are a foodie, here’s news of something rather special, as we ease our way out of Spain’s state of alarm. We can now gather again with family members and friends, and what better way to celebrate coming together, after several months apart, than over a delicious dinner in the relaxed environment of your home?
For the month of June only, Mallorca’s private chef Piers Dawson is doing something different. He’ll bring an adapted version of his acclaimed Charlie’s Kitchen Chef’s Table to your home – adhering to the strictest health and hygiene measures called for during the Covid-19 pandemic.
How It Works
Private chef Piers Dawson will take the stress and hard work out of entertaining, arriving at your home at 6pm to set up and prepare for the evening.
Charlie’s Kitchen will provide all bowls, plates, serving platters and serving utensils. As host, all you need to do is provide water, cutlery, glassware, napkins and, if you want, tablecloths.
Invite your guests to bring wine or drinks of their choice and you’re set for a memorable evening, with no cleaning up to do at the end of it.
Your guests are invited to arrive for 8pm, when a complimentary glass of cava is served. Dinner starts at 8.30pm.
Minimum group size is eight diners, with a maximum of 13 catered for.
Your guests will each pay a discounted price of 69 euros a head.
Private chef Piers Dawson has an excellent reputation and we love his delicious food. We recommend making your booking early – there are only 22 days left in June!
