If you’re a fan of farm-to-table-eating events, I can recommend spending a Friday evening at S’Hort de sa Vall, just outside Manacor. This fertile valley is home to this well-kept farm, which recently opened its farm shop on Saturday mornings under the Venda Directa scheme.
