Spain and Portugal’s culinary Oscars – the Michelin stars – were announced this evening (Tuesday, 14th December) in Valencia, at a gala held at El Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía. Here are the new stars for Mallorca: Estrella Verde for Sustainable Gastronomy: Maca de Castro, Alcúdia.
